Thermal Process Profiling System Heat Barriers

Circuitmaster Designs design and manufacture their own barriers for the range of

temperature profiling equipment. The units are supplied with standard barriers

used in the Electronic Industry, which are rated at 200°C for 10 Minutes.

Circuitmasters also create custom barriers for specific processes where there is

a higher temperature/time specified. Given the length and the maximum temperature

of the process a simulation can be run to give the necessary size for the barrier.

The microporous material that is used has excellent insulation features, and its

thermal conductivity is lower than still air.

Different materials may be used to suit specific processes.
