CFA Ethernet Adapter...

 

The CFA Ethernet system adapts CFA1000 Crimp Force Analysers for Ethernet

networking. Providing remote control, monitoring and production data analysis,

existing Crimp Force Analysers CFA1000’s can now be integrated within TS16949

Tooling Sentry system.

 

Each adapter can be quickly configured using a standard web browser. The Crimp Force

Analyzer is then accessed over your network by name. The communication protocol is

simple, open and text based, ready for integration within higher level management

software systems. Alternatively, the Microsoft Windows PC software can serve as

a central command and control console with a simple graphical interface.

 

This system allows you to centralize remote monitoring and control of a network of

Crimp Force Analyser’s and the high speed communication gives the capacity to monitor

and store all production results for quality traceability. Support systems such as PC’s and

printers can be removed from the shop floor into a cleaner and more secure environment.

 

Presses which are fitted with the Tooling Sentry System can now mark and block an

applicator tool electronically if it has been exposed to dangerous overload forces.

 

The Crimp Force Analyser Ethernet Adapter also serves as a reprogramming tool ensuring

that any future software developments can be loaded into your existing Crimp Force Monitors.
